This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a student enrolled in an internship program at Igeeks Technologies may be eligible for a refund. It ensures transparency and fairness between Igeeks Technologies (“the provider”) and the student (“the participant”).

| Student withdraws before program commencement (with 7-day written notice) | 75% refund (25% deducted for administrative charges). |
| Student withdraws after program commencement | No refund (resources and mentor time allocated). |
| Student unable to attend due to personal reasons (medical, relocation, etc.) | Eligible for rescheduling within 6 months (no refund). |
| Internship terminated due to violation of terms or misconduct | No refund applicable. |
In case of any disputes regarding refunds, the decision of Igeeks Technologies Management shall be final. Disputes, if any, shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
